Well greetings from Germany! I know I've been here for a week now but for that week I have been doing nothing but improcessing, shopping and enjoying my husbands last few days. Speaking of, I dropped my baby off today at his squadron and gave him is last see you later's before he leaves. I felt kinda silly because i was the only one crying but man i couldn't hold it in. We hugged and kissed and he was walking off and then turned around and ran back for one more, I am going to miss him so so much. On a better note because i really don't want that on my mind at the moment I took some people out of my life that have caused the only problems that I've had recently and doing that has lifted a blanket off my husband and my shoulders for sure. As for Germany.. well as of right now I have to say I am not a fan. Yes its beautiful but it is going to be extremely hard to get use to this culture. Every road sign (including on base) is German, theres round a bouts instead of stop signs, everyone in my town is german, i can't understand anything on menu's. I might just need time but I am definitely not a happy camper. I also am getting rid of my house because with my husband being gone for the next 9 months I am going to be in that huge thing alone..no thanks! Also since it took so long to ship my car I am stuck driving my husbands BMW and let me tell you I SUCK AT DRIVING STICK!!! I stall out everywhere and I'm really just uneasy about driving, its not safe, but i have no choice. I have a walk threw in an apartment thats perfect size on base tomorrow which is awesome because the wait is a month and i got it the next day, I must have some luck! I hope everything with that tomorrow goes well. My husband and I went to the BX this weekend to fight the crowds because we need some necessities for the house but ran into some amazing deals and we wound up getting a 40 inch TV for $299 and apple TV came free! I also got him a pretty sweet new knife and a macbook because he really needed a good laptop for his deployment. Anyways I have been trying to take pictures of everywhere Ive been going but I'm really terrible at it haha. I do have a few pictures and I will leave you with them! I'll try to keep up on here more that hubby is gone but I can't promise!
These are all the K-town Christmas Shoppes downtown.
OH! I forgot to mention instead of hot coco they have hot wine, with shots of whiskey...man these people can drink!
